Born in Montreal, Lisa Wolk graduated with a Degree in Fashion Design and Photography. Although she began her career designing fabrics for her clients, she has always been inspired by the natural world around her. This passion for textures and colors has only enhanced her love of abstract imagery.

Lisa works with many different materials to give her art a rich, textured and saturated effects. Her camera, paintbrushes, textured papers and a variety of gel mediums give her final pieces the look she is trying to achieve. Lisa has always believed a work of art should tell a story…it should be a creation of many elements, so the final piece will have depth and dimension.
